Recipe for cod ajoarriero fácil
The ajoarriero cod, also known as ajoarriero cod or "ajoarriero de bacalao" is one of the most delicious ways to eat this fish.
It is a recipe that is easy to make at home for which you do not need to be very expert in the kitchen.
This dish is prepared with the aforementioned fish, red peppers, garlic, onion or chives and of course olive oil.The morrón can make strips, or cubes also, as you prefer.

I just said that the ideal companion is potatoes, well , you can prepare this recipe directly with them.
Calculate 2 medium potatoes per person. Peel them and cut them on wheels and put them to cook next to the garlic, onion and pepper sauce. Very easy.
Cod ajoarriero with piquillo
Instead of using bell pepper, you can use several piquillo peppers. You can even use both.
In this case simply add this ingredient at the same time as tomatoes. You can put them whole, chopped into strips or cubes. You decide.
